You have up to one hour after placing your order to cancel or make any changes. You can do this directly from your confirmation email, or by going to your "order status" page and cancelling the order. We do our best to ship orders out of our warehouse within three business days. Orders placed during especially busy times (sales and holidays) may take longer to leave the warehouse. Please note we do not ship on weekends or major holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is printed for fulfillment. Please allow 24-48 hours after you receive tracking information for it to be active. Shipments generally take between 3-8 business days to be delivered within the continental US.
Free standard shipping is covered up to $4.99 USD for orders over $49.99 USD (after discounts and before shipping fees). Customers are responsible for covering any other potential shipping fees incurred. US customers spending over $49.99 receive $0 DHL shipping or discounted expedited shipping. International (CA, AU, EU) shipping costs of $9.99 USD will be discounted by $4.99 USD.
Powder Perfectionists receive free shipping (up to $4.99 USD) on $25 USD orders and above (after discounts and before shipping fees).
Devoted Dippers receive free shipping (up to $4.99 USD) on $40 USD orders and above (after discounts and before shipping fees).
*International customers in these tiers receive discounted shipping by $4.99 USD.
Please note that a shipping label is created when your order is being fulfilled, however the tracking number will only update once your package is actually picked up by the carrier and shipped. Expedited orders will ship either UPS or Fedex and will arrive in 2-3 business days (M-F, not weekends) from the date of shipping, not 2-3 business days from the time you place your order. This does not include our normal processing time of 1-3 business days, or the time it takes the shipping carrier to pick up the order from us. You will receive your order in 2-3 business days from when the shipping carrier picks up your package from us and scans your package in their system.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you need to return an item, please send the product back via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (whichever is convenient for you). Once you have sent the package out, send us an email at email@example.com including your return tracking number, your order number and the items you have sent back, and we will refund you for the items once we have received them. We do not provide return shipping labels.

If you have purchased your product directly through Amazon, you will need to contact Amazon to process the refund. All orders placed directly through Amazon will be subject to Amazon's return policy. Please note: We cannot accept any returns for items that are final sale, this is including, but not limited to Mystery Box colors and GOR Colors.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
