Productos para uñas Revel: 
La intensidad y la vivacidad del esmalte y el resultado de la inmersión dependerán de las características de sus uñas y de la calidad de la aplicación - no podemos garantizar la intensidad del color o la duración del mismo en sus uñas, aunque generalmente durará 3 semanas y a menudo puede durar más tiempo (tenga en cuenta que la luz solar directa y la frecuencia con la que se lavan las manos pueden acortar la vivacidad y la duración del color).   
 
Aunque las reacciones son raras, se recomienda hacer una prueba de sensibilidad antes de utilizar estos esmaltes y dips para comprobar si hay reacciones alérgicas/adversas. Estas pruebas también son aconsejables para ver si el esmalte y los baños de inmersión funcionan y deberían dar una buena indicación de los resultados reales. Estos esmaltes y dips han sido diseñados para ser utilizados únicamente en uñas humanas y NUNCA deben ser utilizados en niños o mascotas.   
 
Revel Nail no se hace responsable en caso de un mal uso de estos productos o de cualquier resultado adverso o no deseado.  La lista completa de ingredientes se puede encontrar en las botellas o en nuestro sitio web.  Todos los esmaltes y dips se venden por volumen (ml/oz.) y pueden no parecer necesariamente "llenos" en la botella debido a la sedimentación en el transporte. El color no natural de estos esmaltes y baños puede manchar la ropa, pero se puede eliminar fácilmente con el lavado normal y también puede manchar los lavabos/baños, etc.  Revel Nail no se responsabiliza de los objetos manchados por estos esmaltes y dips. Los ingredientes mostrados se basan en el envase del fabricante en el momento de añadir esta información, se aconseja comprobar siempre la etiqueta antes de su uso en caso de cualquier cambio o actualización de los ingredientes. 
 
Productos:  
Aunque nos esforzamos por garantizar que el color y la descripción de todos los artículos mostrados sean lo más precisos posible, los artículos pueden diferir ligeramente debido al procedimiento fotográfico y la transferencia de imágenes. La mayoría de nuestras fotos se toman en interiores con flash. Las medidas indicadas son aproximadas. Si usted ha comprado un artículo que usted siente que ha sido engañado por favor póngase en contacto con nosotros tan pronto como sea posible después de la compra. Los esmaltes de uñas y los dips siempre deben someterse a una prueba de sensibilidad cutánea para detectar alergias antes de su uso y se debe tener cuidado al utilizar estos productos. Aconsejamos a los clientes que esterilicen las joyas corporales y los piercings antes de utilizarlos. Ninguno de nuestros productos debe entrar en los ojos, ser ingerido o utilizado internamente y se debe tener cuidado de mantener todos los productos fuera del alcance de los niños. Revel Nail no se responsabiliza de ningún daño o mancha causada por cualquiera de los productos vendidos.   

Promociones, sorteos y cuentas: 

Cualquier promoción o regalo se hará una por cuenta de cliente. Sólo se permite una cuenta por hogar. Cualquier violación de estos términos anulará cualquier promoción, regalo o concurso a discreción de Revel Nail y sus afiliados. Todos los artículos ganados o regalos serán hasta agotar existencias.  
 
Reseñas, información de productos, etc: 
Todas las guías, información, descripciones, reseñas, consejos o sugerencias pueden haber sido enviadas por clientes y visitantes, por lo que no podemos garantizar la exactitud de estos artículos. No podemos responsabilizarnos de ninguna lesión, accidente o muerte resultante del mal uso de cualquiera de los productos; el comprador asume toda la responsabilidad legal. EDAD DE CONSENTIMIENTO 

Cuando los productos sólo pueden ser adquiridos por personas de una determinada edad, el Comprador está aceptando que está por encima de este límite de edad al realizar un pedido y que tiene la edad legal apropiada para comprar los productos.  
Si el Vendedor descubre que el Comprador no está legalmente autorizado a pedir determinados Bienes, el Vendedor tendrá derecho a cancelar el pedido inmediatamente, sin previo aviso.  
Al realizar un pedido, el Comprador confirma que es mayor de 16 años. 
 
GARANTÍA 

El Vendedor garantiza que los Bienes, en el momento del envío, se corresponden con la descripción facilitada por el Vendedor. Salvo en el caso de que el Comprador actúe como Consumidor, quedan excluidas todas las demás garantías, condiciones o términos relativos a la idoneidad para el propósito, la comerciabilidad o el estado de los Bienes, ya sean implícitos por la Ley, el derecho común o de otro modo, y el Comprador queda satisfecho en cuanto a la idoneidad de los Bienes para el propósito del Comprador. 
 
LIMITACIÓN DE LA RESPONSABILIDAD 

Salvo lo que pueda implicar la ley cuando el Comprador actúe como Consumidor, en caso de incumplimiento de estos Términos y Condiciones por parte del Vendedor, los recursos del Comprador se limitarán a los daños y perjuicios, que en ningún caso superarán el Precio de los Productos en cuestión adquiridos por el Comprador, y el Vendedor no será responsable en ningún caso de cualquier pérdida o daño indirecto, incidental o consecuente. El Comprador debe observar y cumplir todas las normativas y legislaciones aplicables, incluida la obtención de todos los permisos de aduana, importación u otros necesarios para la compra de bienes en el sitio web del Vendedor. La importación o exportación de los Productos al Comprador puede estar prohibida por ciertas leyes nacionales y el Vendedor no hace ninguna declaración ni acepta ninguna responsabilidad con respecto a la exportación o importación de los Productos.  
El Vendedor no tendrá ninguna responsabilidad ante el comprador que supere el precio de los bienes por cualquier incumplimiento de la entrega de los bienes solicitados o cualquier retraso en la misma.  
El Vendedor no tendrá ninguna responsabilidad que exceda el precio de las mercancías por cualquier daño o defecto en las mercancías entregadas que sea causado por cualquier evento o circunstancia más allá de su control razonable.  
Nada de lo dispuesto en estas Condiciones Generales excluirá o limitará la responsabilidad del Vendedor en caso de muerte o daños personales resultantes de la negligencia del Vendedor o de sus agentes o empleados. 
 
RENUNCIA 

Ninguna renuncia por parte del Vendedor (ya sea expresa o implícita) a la hora de hacer valer cualquiera de sus derechos en virtud de este contrato perjudicará sus derechos a hacerlo en el futuro. 
 
FUERZA MAYOR 

El Vendedor no será responsable de ningún retraso o incumplimiento de cualquiera de sus obligaciones si el retraso o el incumplimiento se debe a acontecimientos o circunstancias fuera de su control razonable, incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a ello, casos fortuitos, huelgas, cierres patronales, accidentes, guerras, incendios, averías en las instalaciones o en la maquinaria o escasez o falta de disponibilidad de materias primas de una fuente natural de suministro, y el Vendedor tendrá derecho a una prórroga razonable para cumplir sus obligaciones. 
 
RUPTURA 

Si cualquier término o disposición de estos Términos y Condiciones es considerado inválido, ilegal o inaplicable por cualquier razón por cualquier tribunal de jurisdicción competente, dicha disposición será eliminada y el resto de las disposiciones del presente documento continuarán en pleno vigor y efecto como si estos Términos y Condiciones hubieran sido acordados con la disposición inválida, ilegal o inaplicable eliminada. 
 
CAMBIOS EN LOS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES 

El Vendedor tendrá derecho a modificar estos Términos y Condiciones en cualquier momento. Cualquier contrato futuro entre el Comprador y el Vendedor estará sujeto a cualquier modificación de estos Términos y Condiciones vigente en el momento en que se celebre dicho contrato futuro. Este derecho a modificar estos Términos y Condiciones no afectará a los Términos y Condiciones aceptados por el Comprador al realizar una compra concreta. 
 
ACUERDO INTEGRAL 

Los presentes Términos y Condiciones, junto con los precios actuales del Sitio Web del Vendedor, los detalles de entrega, los detalles de contacto y la política de privacidad, establecen la totalidad del Contrato. 
 
LEY Y JURISDICCIÓN  
GOBERNANTES 

Estos Términos y Condiciones se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con la ley de Pennsylvania y las partes se someten a la jurisdicción no exclusiva de los tribunales de Pennsylvania.

PRUEBAS CUTÁNEAS - EXENCIONES DE RESPONSABILIDAD.  
¿Por qué es tan importante someterse a las pruebas cutáneas?  
Las pruebas son de vital importancia antes de utilizar cualquier pulido o baño. Esto se debe a los riesgos potenciales asociados con un ingrediente activo que se encuentra en la mayoría de los pulimentos y dips, como la nitrocelulosa, el formaldehído, el tolueno, el DBP (ftalato de dibutilo), la resina de formaldehído, el alcanfor, los parabenos y el TPHP (fosfato de trifenilo). 
Se ha comprobado que estos ingredientes provocan reacciones alérgicas en personas hipersensibles, causando síntomas muy molestos como ampollas en la piel, infecciones e hinchazón de los tejidos blandos.   
Para optimizar la salud de las uñas, hidrátalas antes de pulirlas para evitar que se resequen. Además, ten en cuenta que no debes utilizar el quitaesmalte más de dos veces al mes. En su lugar, retoca las uñas astilladas con esmalte.  
¿Qué significa ser hipersensible?  
La hipersensibilidad puede ser común. Es una reacción exagerada del sistema inmunitario. Tiene la capacidad de provocar una respuesta inmunitaria que provoca cambios tan drásticos en los tejidos del cuerpo (lo que se conoce como respuesta alérgica o alergia).  
Cada individuo tiene una sensibilidad o tolerancia diferente. Diferentes factores como el tipo de piel (seca/grasa, etc.), la temperatura ambiente y la temperatura de las manos de las personas influyen en el funcionamiento del pulido y la inmersión.  
Sin embargo, si siente alguna molestia importante durante el proceso, por favor informe a Revel Nail INMEDIATAMENTE.

Disclaimer & Policies

Revel Nail Products:

The intensity & vibrancy of the polish and dip result will depend on your nail’s characteristics and the quality of the application - we cannot guarantee the intensity of the color or the length of time it will last on your nails, although it will generally last 3 weeks and can often last for longer (please note direct sunlight and the more often hands are washed can shorten the vibrancy and length of the color).  

Although reactions are rare it is recommended that a sensitivity test is done before using these polishes and dips to check against allergic/adverse reactions. These tests are also advisable to see if the polish and dips will work and should give a good indication of actual results. These polishes and dips were designed to be used on human nails only and should NEVER be used on children, or pets.  

Revel Nail will not be held responsible in the event of the misuse of these products or for any adverse or unwanted results.  A full list of ingredients can be found on the bottles or our web site.  All polishes and dips are sold by volume (ml/oz.) and may not necessarily look 'full' in the bottle due to settling in transit. Some staining of linen/clothes etc. may occur due to the un-natural color of these polishes and dips but these should be easily removed by normal washing and staining of sinks/baths etc. can also occur.  Revel Nail will not be held responsible for any items stained by these polishes and dips. The ingredients shown are based on the manufacturers packaging at the time of adding this information, it is advised to always check the label prior to use in case of any changes or updates of the ingredients.

Products:

Whilst we endeavor to ensure that the color and description of all items shown are as accurate as possible, items may differ slightly due to the photographic procedure and transferring of images. Most of our photos are taken indoors with flash. Where sizes are given these are approximate. If you have purchased an item that you feel has been misleading please contact us as soon as possible after purchase. Due to Supplier and Manufacturer changes we reserve the right to alter, increase price, remove or amend any product without prior notice. All items shown should be in stock as this is updated daily, however during busy periods we cannot guarantee stock availability. We change and update our stock based on a seasonal basis and customer demand and therefore any item may be removed permanently without notice. Where products are listed as made of a certain material or being vegan friendly etc., we are basing this on the information given to us by our Suppliers and will not be responsible should this prove to be inaccurate. Nail polishes and dips should always be skin/sensitivity tested for allergies prior to use and care should be taken when using these products. We would advise customers to sterilize body & pierced jewelry before use. None of our products should be allowed to enter the eye, swallowed or used internally and care should be taken to keep all products away from children. Revel Nail will not be liable for any damage or staining caused by any of the products sold.

 

Promotions, Giveaways, and Accounts:

Any promotions or give aways will be done one per customer account. Only one account per household is permitted. Any violation of these terms will void any promotion, give away, or contest win at the sole discretion of Revel Nail and their affiliates. Any items won or freebies given will be while supplies last. 

Reviews, Product Information etc.:

Any Guides, Information, Descriptions, Reviews, Hints or Tips may have been submitted by customers and visitors and we therefore cannot guarantee the accuracy of these items. We cannot be held responsible for any injury, accident, or death resulting in the misuse of any products - the purchaser takes full responsibility in law. The items we sell are not toys and should be kept out of reach of children as they may contain small parts/components.

All reviews are the opinions of our customers & visitors and not necessarily of Revel Nails. Allergic reactions can occur at any time, even with products previously used and we strongly recommend you always do a sensitivity test before using any item purchased from this site. Should you have a problem with a product purchased from Revel Nails please contact the manufacturer direct and keep all packaging, tubs, product remains etc. should they need this back for testing.

AGE OF CONSENT
Where Goods may only be purchased by persons of a certain age the Buyer is agreeing they are over this age limit when placing an order and that they are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the Goods.
If the Seller discovers that the Buyer is not legally entitled to order certain Goods, the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice.
By placing an order the Buyer is confirming they are over the age of 16.

WARRANTY
The Seller warrants that the Goods will at the time of dispatch correspond to the description given by the Seller. Except where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, all other warranties, conditions, or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability or condition of the Goods, whether implied by Statute, common law or otherwise are excluded, and the Buyer is satisfied as to the suitability of the Goods for the Buyer's purpose.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except as may be implied by law where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Seller the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the Price of the Goods in question as purchased by the Buyer and the Seller shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatever.
The Buyer must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from the Seller's website. The importation or exportation of the Goods to the Buyer may be prohibited by certain national laws and the Seller makes no representation and accepts no liability in respect of the export or import of the Goods.
The Seller shall have no liability to the buyer exceeding the price of the goods for any failure to deliver goods ordered or any delay in doing so.
The Seller shall have no liability exceeding the price of the goods for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the Seller for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Seller or that of the Seller's agents or employees.

WAIVER
No waiver by the Seller (whether express or implied) in enforcing any of its rights under this contract shall prejudice its rights to do so in the future.

FORCE MAJEURE
The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and the Seller shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for it to fulfill its obligations.

SEVERANCE
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any future contract between the Buyer and the Seller will be subject to any amendment to these Terms and Conditions prevailing at the time that future contract is entered into. This right to alter these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making any particular purchase.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Seller's current Website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of the Contract.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Pennsylvania and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania courts.

SKIN TESTING – DISCLAIMERS.
Why is it so important to undergo skin testing?
Testing is vitally important prior to using any polishes and dips. This is due the potential risks associated with an active ingredient found in most polishes and dips, like Nitrocellulose, Formaldehyde, Toluene, DBP (Dibutyl Phthalate), Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, Parabens, and TPHP (Triphenyl Phosphate)
These ingredients have been proven to cause allergic reactions to hypersensitive individuals, causing very uncomfortable symptoms such as blistering of the skin, infection and soft tissue swelling.  
To optimize nail health, moisturize your nails before polishing to prevent them from drying out. Also, keep in mind that you shouldn't use nail polisher remover more than twice a month. Instead, touch up chipped nails with polish. 
What does it mean to be hypersensitive?
Hypersensitivity can be common. It is an overreaction of the immune system. It has the ability to provoke an immune response that brings about such dramatic changes in the body’s tissues (known as an allergic response or allergy).
Each individual has a different sensitivity or tolerance. Different factors such as skin type (dry/oily etc.), room temperature and temperature of the persons hands all play a part in how the polish and dip works.
If you feel any MAJOR discomfort during the process however, please inform Revel Nail IMMEDIATELY.
