Step 2 - Activator
Lo que es:
Step 2 - Apply after the Pro Base and Dip Powder have been applied to the nail. This gel activates the Dip Powder to harden it and it gives it a beautiful shine. EZ Care liquids dry in about 2-3 minutes. Use them just as you would our original liquids, allowing longer dry time between steps and after the second coat of Finish Gel. This new formulation is perfect for the home user allowing easier application with more time to clean up edges and cuticles.
