Matte Gel Top Coat
What it is:
Revel's Matte Gel Topcoat is a Matte effect Gel topcoat alternative to our standard Finish Gel. Please note that this product requires a UV or LED light to cure and cleansing after cure.
Instructions:
When using on Revel Nail Dip Powder, omit the second coat of Activator, apply a thin coat of the Matte Gel Topcoat, then cure under a UV or LED light. Gently rough up the nail before application to ensure gel adequately adheres to nail.
To finish off your manicure it is CRUCIAL that you wipe the nail with lint free paper towel soaked in alcohol.
